An industrialized controller lets you precisely control your robot from outside the bin. Its easy-to-master design and fortified construction lets it weather mother nature’s harshest conditions, so you can operate in the grain bin from outside of the bin, even with your gloves on.
Charge Fast, Work Hard
The Grain Weevil’s Lithium Titanate (LTO) battery system is sealed from the elements, protecting it from even the most strenuous of work conditions. The robot has 1 hour of hard runtime and can fully charge in as little as 15 minutes using the Supercharger upgrade. Each battery is guaranteed for 15,000 cycles.

The Grain weevil comes fully equipped to stream low latency, high definition video. The camera dome uses an integrated magnetic mount that grants total flexibility for attachment locations. Pan, tilt, and zoom anywhere inside your grain bin as you stay out of the dust and drive the robot in comfort.
Need a Lift?
Simplify your robot lifting and lowering with our permanently installed Robot Lift System (aka the Weevilizer) onto your bin. Installation and setup is specific to each bin to make transferring robots in and out a breeze.
The system is comprised of one drill-driven winch and a robot jib crane that comes standard with all robot packages* and works on nearly any farm bin. Additional Robot Lift Systems can be added to any order. Reach out to your local BinAssist Partner to find out what will work best on your farm.

All accessories below come standard on all robots and packages.
The grain leveling shovel moves more grain during your leveling operations. Its quick release design enables you to remove or attach the shovel to adapt to varying grain conditions on your farm.
Our service light bar illuminates grain bins so you can operate the Grain Weevil robot in conditions with limited lighting.
Anti-flip wings engage with the grain when traversing across steep slopes to prevent the robot from flipping over. A quick pin lock feature allows the wings to fold back, reducing the robot’s width from 24″ to 20″ for smaller entry doors.
